What to include

• Your Shopify shop domain, such as example.myshopify.com.
• The cart ID, quote ID, or order name if the issue concerns a checkout.
• The agent name or key preview, never the full secret key.

Security notes

Do not send credit card numbers, passwords, full API keys, or private access tokens. The app never needs raw payment data because payment is completed inside Shopify checkout.
